This nurse had a very pleasant manner, and there happened to be an emergency during the time my mom was there. I watched this nurse going in every direction, doing anything and everything they could to help the emergency situation and help those who were waiting to see the doctor.  The nurse came in and apologized for the wait and for everything going the way it did.  We were there for 4 hours.  There was nothing the nurse could have done differently; it was just a busy time.  They were very professional and helpful, which I very much appreciated.  They did not let the grass grow under their feet and truly seemed to present themselves with a great bedside manner and a willingness to step up.

This nurse is a kind and caring person.  During my time in the ED, they came to check on me often.  Not only did they provide care to me, but they also made sure to check on my friend who was with me.  They made my experience at the hospital a very good one.
