My husband suddenly was unresponsive and couldn't talk. We were unable to wake him. Jeana Hennen kicked things into gear so rapidly. She explained carefully and compassionately that my husband's room would suddenly get very busy. When the doctor needed questions answered, if Jeana didn't know the answer, she looked to me for help. My husband was in this completely unresponsive state for several hours during the morning. Jeana always checked on me, how I was doing, and if I needed anything. She helped me talk through some very difficult thought processes and decisions I needed to make. Always giving me choices in a very kind and concerned fashion. I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate nurse for my husband as the patient and me as the wife. The hugs and shoulder to cry on were exceptional. To our great surprise, my husband woke up after several hours and started talking and communicating. I don't know who was happier, Jeana or me! She is a very special nurse!
