Jeanette has gone above and beyond in her duties as an RN in taking care of me. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatments.

When I was admitted after my colon cancer surgery, Jeanette was such a happy, positive individual. When she walked into my room, she always greeted me like I was her best friend. When I pushed the button for help, she or a team member was right there to help me.

Jeanette was the most professional in attending to my loved one's needs. Jeanette took the time to explain the procedure of treatment and was kind and attentive. As my loved one does not condone conventional medicine and most often refuses treatment, Jeanette reassured her of the positives of treatment, and this alone calmed my loved one to where she would accept treatment. I have taken care of my loved one and know this is not an easy task. I cannot thank Jeanette enough for her expertise and for handling a very cantankerous patient.

Oh My! Jeanette was most compassionate, informative, and genuine. I had her for two days and didn't know she was back for a third. She found me at shift change to make sure I knew. She never showed how tired I knew she was. I am so grateful I had her as part of my stay.
