Jeanine has made me feel like her only patient from the time I arrived. She went out of her way to make me feel safe and cared for. She answered all my questions and addressed all my doubts. She has a kind and loving heart and exemplifies the values and knowledge one hopes for in a care giver. She is someone who made my stay a positive one. I will remember her always.

Jeanine was assigned to my pre-op care for a scheduled bypass surgery. She was a great patient advocate and totally looked after me. She did a wonderful job of getting me physically and mentally prepared for my surgery, and kept me fully informed of the process leading into it. The depth of her obvious concern and care for my health was extremely comforting to me and my family, and definitely kept me in a positive frame of mind throughout. In fact, she was so dedicated to my care, that she even came in to observe my bypass surgery on her day off. Her willingness to do that gave me more comfort than I can adequately express here. Even though she wasn't assigned to my post-op care, she still checked in on me regularly and gave me a great deal of encouragement during my recovery. She clearly loves what she does and is completely dedicated to her patient's wellbeing. For her efforts, and the extraordinary level of care, comfort and concern she provided to me, I am pleased to nominate her for the DAISY award.

Jeanine is a really good nurse; she makes me feel very at home. It feels like I have known her a long time in the short time I have been here. She knows what to say and when to say it. She is so nice and kind. She saved my life by sending me to the ICU.
