Jeannine Hoover is a friendly and helpful nurse. She is highly committed to excellence in her daily work. I had a wonderful experience with a very anxious patient whom Jeannine was able to assist in short stay. The patient was at Saxony for a pacer generator charge with a CT of chest later that day. His procedure was canceled for a high INR. He was terribly anxious and distraught about waiting hours for his CT scan. Jeannine worked to coordinate with the CT technician and short stay nurse to provide an ideal situation for the patient. The CT scan was moved hours forward, and the patient was given relaxing meds prior to going to radiology. Her attention to detail resulted in a great patient experience. Jeannine is a true asset to Saxony.
