Jeff has been the primary nurse for my dad while he is on HBPC. He has been a fantastic presence with my dad. Jeff has a humble and professional attitude when it comes to caring for his patients. He treats my dad with dignity and respect. He pays attention to Dad's home environment, listens to Dad's concerns and follows through when the need arises.
Recently, we had been struggling to coordinate care in arranging home health care for Dad. It was so bad that we as a family had to pool funds together to have a few hours of respite and help for Dad. Jeff heard me out, saw the need our family had and he was able to inform the social worker who expedited our case for home health care. If Jeff had not stepped in, Dad would not have received the care he needed. We are appreciative of Jeff and tried to thank him, but he was quick to give credit to his team, which to me makes him shine more.
