First Nomination:

Jefra was very friendly, always had a great smile and greeted me everywhere she saw me - very good encouragement in the surgery room also!

Jefra was very personable, easy to talk to, and very pleasant.

Third Nomination:

First of all, it was hard to choose just one nurse because they have all been so attentive, caring and professional. However, this particular nurse, Jefra, anticipates my needs and has such a beautiful attitude. I felt as if I was being taken care of by family with her. She always knocks before entering my room and asks if there is anything else I need, and she always has a smile on her face. I honestly did not want to go home because everyone here is so lovely.

Fourth Nomination:

Jefra has explained all information presented with great detail and explanation. She uses the perfect balance of science and care, allowing her patients and their families to feel educated and loved. Her ability to calm even the most stressful situation is a testament to her belief in herself and her supervisors.
