Jenee was always friendly, caring, helpful, considerate and very knowledgeable. Each time she came in the room to see how my husband was doing she asked if she could get him anything. One time, in particular, there was a patient next door to my husband who created excessive chaos on the floor. Jenee never lost her patience with this man even though he was calling her and others in the room every foul name in the book. Upon my arrival, my husband was supposed to be discharged, Jenee saw that his potassium was very low and also noted that this was the reason he was admitted. She called the doctor and had my husband stay an additional day so he could get more potassium.
Without exception, she took excellent care of my husband. She took time to answer our questions and offered help to my family and me. She was a very pleasant to me each time I came. I always felt comfortable leaving my husband in her care.
