Jenn Frisch has provided excellent care for me during my breast cancer journey. She has been friendly, an excellent listener, and well-educated on ways to help me with side effects. Before meeting this nurse at NCS, my story for having trust in some healthcare providers was low. I felt a lump 3 months before getting treated with NCS. The nurses and doctors, with the other healthcare, made me feel unheard and made me doubt what I felt was breast cancer. Finally, after some prodding on my part, I was diagnosed and referred to NCS. From day one, this nurse has gone above and beyond what I would expect. Not once did they make me feel like I was a bother. My first 12 weakly treatments had a lot of complications, and Jenn was there every step to help make it as easy as possible. They never gave up or told me to just work through it. They always had other ways to try and would call and check up on me. I am not yet at the end of my journey, but getting close. We have built a nice connection because of their heart and dedication. I am happy that my chemo treatments are coming to an end, but I am very sad that I will see Jenn less.
I never expected them to make it as easy as they have. I am so very thankful to all of them. They are simply the best!

I attended with my friend, who was undergoing treatment and receiving a chemo infusion. Jenn was her exceptional nurse. She was attentive, funny, and genuinely cared about what my friend was going through. Before the day I visited, my friend had commented on how positive her experience had been when Jenn was her infusion nurse. I commend her for being the bright star during an otherwise difficult process.
