Can’t say enough about Jenna. She is a very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate nurse (I thought at first she was the PA). She listened to my concerns when I was describing my symptoms of A Fib and explained the complete procedure they were going to take in order to get me back into sinus rhythm. I have had multiple cardioversion procedures (3) in the past, but no one has ever explained it as well and as thorough as her. She was with me throughout my entire emergency room visit, which included the injection of diltiazem (Cardizem), my cardioversion procedure, and my final monitoring prior to being released. Her expertise during the whole process was incredible. It’s hard to describe how completely comfortable and respectful she made me and my wife feel during this very hectic and stressful time. Upon my release, Jenna explained the release papers and made sure all of our questions were answered.

I am happy to say she is both a professional and exceptional nurse, and she made us both feel like we had made a new friend. Congratulations on hiring this wonderful nurse, as I’m sure she will continue to prove to be a great asset to the future goals of the Sentara Family.
