Jennie is the Clinical Manager of Infusion Services at Fox Chase. She has been an active member of the Nursing Practice Council and is the point person for nursing standard education, policy reviews, and equipment evaluation in the infusion department. She has built relationships with many colleagues outside of the institution by participating in surveys and dialogues with external organizations, in order to keep current with best practice and make sure our units are functioning with safer practices and optimal efficiencies. She regularly reaches out to other professional entities within and outside of the institution to ensure that we are utilizing the latest and greatest evidence-based practices and equipment. She is always looking to improve the patient and staff experience by partnering with colleagues to identify ways to improve patient care. Jennie has done a fabulous job in her leadership role and continues to amaze me with her strength, poise, and focus on transformational initiatives on the unit. She is a newly appointed chapter leader for the next Magnet re-designation and is flourishing as she grows in her leadership role. She supports our staff providing direct patient care when needed and helps me to co-lead our department with confidence and professionalism. I can always count on her to lead our staff and support me both professionally and personally, and my role and success wouldn't be the same without her.
