Jenn is simply amazing. She is kind and patient but also works hard to make sure that the wait time for infusions is low - she’s always on top of things and makes things happen! I mean, who wants to spend extra time in the infusion center if they don’t have to? I have been accompanying my mom for weekly infusions for 8 months and each time we hope that we will see Jenn. She has made us feel like we are important and cared for. Her friendly disposition and demeanor go a long way to make a challenging day just a little bit easier. I take comfort in knowing that my mom is under Jenn’s care. She is thorough and always helps to explain what’s going on. Simply put, she relieves some of the stress of the day. When we are under her care, I know that my mom will be in the best hands possible. Jenn is a gift to us and I am ever grateful for the care and comfort she has given to my mom (and me).
