My family and I would like to nominate Jennifer for the DAISY Award because she gave us the best customer service experience we could expect. During the stay, my baby and I received superb care from all the hospital staff, but Jennifer went above and beyond what her job requires and we hope she gets rewarded for it. Her attention, dedication, and compassion set her apart from the rest of the staff. We always saw her smiling and we especially loved the time dedicated to ensuring our understanding of our responsibilities. She was patient and excellent at explaining options, prescriptions, and answering all of our questions (even those that we were embarrassed to ask) as first-time parents. This allowed us to be more confident in issues such as diapers, feeding, bathing, temperature, measurement, and secretion removal.
Jennifer treated us with a lot of respect and we left the hospital feeling we received the best service available. I was unsure when I was told TCH nurses were the best, but thanks to her care I am a believer now. She made our stay smooth and uneventful. Taking care of me and my son making sure we were both healthy the whole way through. From the beginning until the end she was professional, encouraging, and supportive. We sincerely appreciate all of the extra care and special attention we were given. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! The entire experience was very positive and comforting. Jennifer really made a difference in our lives.
