Jennifer Arruda was nominated by a patient who gave birth at Winchester Hospital. The patient expressed gratitude to the nurses in Labor & Delivery, especially Jennifer. "Jen always had a gorgeous smile and always tried her best to comfort and encourage me. She used her warm hands to hold my shivering hands when I was in pain".
