I had a very bad evening the night Jennifer was my nurse. I had an overall weakness of my entire body, dizziness and nausea. My blood pressure was high. My jaw began to hurt as well as my chest. She immediately had an EKG done and contacted my doctor, twice that night. While doing all of this she was constantly reassuring me and calming me down. I am the type that gets so frightened I make myself sick. She is such an asset to this hospital. She is everything you hope a nurse would be with you. She was knowledgeable, explaining everything that was happening to me, why the medicine I was taking was given to me, how blood pressure causes other symptoms, and a lot of other information. Jennifer put me totally eat ease. She is compassionate and encouraging. I felt safe and secure under her care. She checked me several times that evening. In addition, she covered my daughter in a warm blanket during the night because she is thoughtful.
