Jen is very dedicated to her job. She is caring, compassionate, and patient. She is concerned that the patient is comfortable and asks if any family members need anything. She was going to change the patient’s gown because the patient was sweaty. She came to do it, but a transporter came to take the patient for an ultrasound. For two hours, she kept coming back to see if the patient was back. He finally came back, and she cleaned him up and gave him a new gown and socks. When he was on the commode, she changed all the linens on the bed because they were dirty. Throughout her shift, she kept checking on the patient and me if we needed anything, so she did a wonderful job. You are lucky to have Jen as part of your staff.

Jen was always showing a smile and asked constantly if we needed anything. She also is very kind as are the rest of the nurses. Thank you so much for letting people come to the hospital, such as volunteers, to give me some more support and communion and pray for us. Great experience and great team.
