Jennifer is a remarkable Nurse Leader whose extraordinary behavior and unwavering compassion set her apart as a leader of the 4th floor. She leads with empathy and strength, understanding that the emotional well-being of every member of her staff is just as crucial as patient care. She takes the time to connect with each team member, actively listening to their concerns and celebrating their successes, big and small. Her infectious positivity inspires her team to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. I remember when I had a patient that required a blood transfusion through a blood warmer. Jennifer searched and called high and low until she found the device needed. She is always consistent, comes in with joy, and a positive attitude that makes many difficult shifts bearable. There are countless times that I needed help with getting IV access, transporting a patient, and serving medication. Jennifer is always willing to help. She is an inspiration and a force of positivity on every shift.
