Jennifer was instrumental in helping us refine our Neonatal Therapeutic Hypothermia program and voluntarily became our staff expert EEG user. She is an inspiration to others and regularly motivates her co-workers with her positive can-do attitude and significantly contributes to the units cohesion and teamwork in ways both great and small. Jennifer was also responsible for the 2018 NICU expo presentation and further expresses her creativity and artistic skills by making assignment board artwork for the staff and parents. Multiple families have expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the skilled care of their infants.
