Jennifer Fridlund RN, is clearly a leading example of a professional patient centric care provider. Our mother was admitted to the ICU on 12/12/14 and Jennifer was assigned as her care provider. During our mother's stay Jennifer showed nothing but professional compassionate care. She consistently inquired if our mother was comfortable. Jennifer explained everything she was doing in easy to understand terms. She insisted that visiting family members be informed and comfortable. She answered every question or concern we had in a kind, courteous and professional fashion. While doing this she never lost track of providing expert clinical care. I suspect this is her nature. Future patients that draw Jennifer as their care provider will be fortunate.



During my 40 years in Health Care I can only hope that the next generation of health care providers bring the professional, caring and compassionate care that Jennifer provides.
