My father was recently in the hospital on 2 North a couple of times. Jennifer's care for Dad was an extraordinarily positive experience. She showed a great deal of kindness, compassion, and patience with him. Dad had several medical issues going on but she would bring a smile to his face. Jennifer treated him with respect and used encouraging words with him.

Not only was Jennifer patient and understanding with our dad, but she also showed us, the family, the same consideration. She always seemed to be on top of the situation such as contacting his care facility about a follow-up appointment with his cardiologist.
