Jennifer was my nurse two out of four nights, although on the third night she also made sure to check in on me and helped me with several issues and questions even though I wasn't assigned to her that night. She was the perfect nurse for someone like me. She is very experienced, intelligent, and knowledgeable and is excellent at teaching in a way that is easy to understand and remember. She is cheerful and encouraging, which is needed at 3am when you are sleep deprived and discouraged. She is an excellent nurse to the patient and their family.

During my stay we had two particular incidents, one with sudden pain. She quickly and confidently asked questions to pinpoint what was going on and quickly offered interventions and suggestions to correct the issues. It made me feel very well taken care of and attended to. In particular, the help she offered was outstanding and filled me with such gratitude. Not only did she spend hours helping us and educating us, she also worked hard to get us resources to help with the issues. I feel confident in going home because of Jennifer and the above and beyond effort she gave to help me.
