What stood out most was her unwavering kindness and empathy towards every patient she encountered, including a very sick infant. She went above and beyond to address their needs, ensuring they felt heard and cared for, even when the department was operating at full capacity. Her ability to combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion exemplifies the core values of nursing.

On a personal note, as the emergency physician on duty that day, I found her support invaluable. She anticipated the needs of the team, streamlined communication, and helped ease the workload, making my shift significantly more manageable.
