Jennifer deserves the DAISY award. Even though the ED was extremely busy the day I was there, Jennifer entered our room with a smile on her face and never made me or my family members feel rushed. While she was caring for me, she was courteous, professional, caring, clam and cheerful. She was sensitive to my needs by keeping me informed of all the procedures that were necessary for my condition. While nurses in the past have had problems starting my IV, Jennifer made it appear effortless.

It was obvious to me and my family that Jennifer enjoys her job and taking care of people. We would like to recognize her and let her know that her efforts make a difference, not only to us, but we would guess, all of the patients who are lucky enough to have her as their nurse.
