I was admitted to the 2nd floor, and Jenny was my nurse. I was having horrible chest pains amongst other symptoms, and at one point in the night, my heart rate began to increase and drop, over and over again. Jenny saw from the nurse's station and immediately came to my room. She took all the necessary measures to help me with my pain, and notify the Doctor of my situation.

Jenny's quick thinking and incredible nursing skills helped me through this frightening situation, but it wasn't just Jenny's medical skills, it was her care and compassion that helped keep me feeling calm and taken care of. Jenny stayed at my bedside reassuring me that she was going to stay with me and make sure I was okay. She didn't have to stay at my bedside but she did. Jenny's care and dedication towards me, her patient, went above and beyond a nurse's physical duties. She took the time to talk with me, and comfort me with her kind words. It was very frightening, but Jenny made me confident that everything was being done to get the issue addressed and assure I was cared for.

Jenny did not just call the doctor and leave the room. Her professionalism, care, and kindness got me through the night. I truly don't know how I would have been feeling if it wasn't for Jenny's quick thinking and the incredible passion she provides to her patients. She is an asset to the hospital.
