I have been visiting this department bringing my mom regularly for her wound cleaning. Jensen is one of those people who not only delivers exceptional quality care, but her genuine, kind, loving, caring nature comes across making the patient and family feel so special, so assured and so cared about. She is concerned and compassionate in every approach, whether she is talking to the patient or holding/helping the patient. My mother enjoys coming in to see her. People like my mom and in general those suffering life-changing diseases need exceptional caregivers who understand and can relate to what a patient goes through. Jensen is a spot on exceptional caregiver nurse.
