Jessamin has been working in Almoosa Specialist Hospital for quite some time now and she exemplifies the criteria for being a DAISY Awardee. She is very passionate in her work wherein she renders high-quality care to all the patients she is handling not only in the LTC unit but also in other units where she is being pulled out. She is doing any task and challenges given to her without any hesitation and always sharing a smile with everyone even in difficult times.
You can depend on Jessamin whatever you asked her about taking care of my patient without hesitation, and aside from that, I noticed that she could work beyond expectations without complaining because she's been trained anywhere from COVID patients, in ICU-B, adult and Pediatric patient even in PICU you can trust her if she pulls out. I'm impressed with the way her willingness to learn, a nurse should not stop learning so she can provide proper care to the patients. She was able to impart all the knowledge she gained from training and seminars. She has always a helping hand in times other staff needs her. She always has a caring hand towards her patients.
