Jessica has given my sister consistently gentle and compassionate care. My sister is being moved to hospice today, but Jessica has been caring for her since my sister was moved from the fourth floor. She is very professional and has been great about explaining what and why everything that was going on. More than once, she has given me and our other family members hugs when needed. She seems to have a sixth sense (very intuitive) about when hugs are needed and appropriate. She inspires confidence that my sister is in good hands here at Mainland Medical Center.
