My mom was at another hospital where they sent her home sick, so we didn't want to go there again. She came into Saint Joe's, and they found out what she needed. So today, Jess came in and gave my family hope again. I am an only child who has cared for my mom and dad for many years. My daddy passed away in my arms, so my mom is all I have, and Jess was so wonderful, kind, caring, and full of love for a family she does not know. She made me feel safe, my mom safe and cared for. She is so wonderful, and I have never done this before. She really cares. She is great. We need more people like this in this world. Thank you.
