In life I feel people are put together for a reason! Jess became my life line, made a huge difference, and is absolutely phenomenal! She recognized that I was frustrated and scared and that it is okay to feel that way. She validated my feelings which made a huge difference. I feel that we had a connection. I want to especially thank Jess for her kindness, patience, understanding, easy going manner, encouragement, compassion, sense of humor, knowledge, and commitment to her patients. Jess was 'my daisy' in time of need. I hope that she is recognized for being an extraordinary nurse and human being.
