She picked up on me feeling down and depressed. The compassion and care in her conversations for 3 days lifted my soul but, most importantly, my spirit.
Jessica was/is an excellent nurse here at Flagler Hospital. She was the nurse I came to after being admitted from the ER. Jessica was timely and precise in all of her duties with the administration of all of my medications. She always explained every medication and what to look for between IVs.... just in case she was with another patient. Only once, when she was busy with another patient, she had another nurse take over. I did not call- she was proactive! I never had to ring/call for her or any other nurse during that night. Jessica is very attentive and funny. She made me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable time with my stomach issues. I wish I could have had Jessica as my nurse for every moment of my stay! She is the best and should be acknowledged for her professionalism at Flagler Hospital. A definite asset to Flagler. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I know it's her job to look after and take care of her patients, but Jessica went above and beyond with me, and for me, the love and care that she showed me was priceless. She takes her job and position very seriously. She is very dedicated, she is definitely one of Flagler Hospital's HEROES, and she listens to her patients. She didn't mind; when she had time some free time to talk, she came and lifted my spirits. I told her about how I lost my one and only child and the way that he was murdered. She just saw my pain, and I'm not talking about when they ask you on a scale of 1-10 how you would rate your pain. She picked up on me feeling down and depressed. The compassion and care in her conversations for 3 days lifted my soul but, most importantly, my spirit. Flagler Hospital does have one HERO and I had the chance to meet her. Her name is Jessica and she is a HERO and a DAISY Nurse.
