I went in for a surgical procedure on my foot. I work at the hospital; I am one of the chaplains. Having Jess in my room was an exceptional experience. She was wonderful and engaging in conversation because I was nervous and had not been a hospital patient for many years. She was so thorough and calm, very loving and compassionate. I wish everyone going into surgery could have a nurse like Jess. She was just so sweet and kind and very respectful toward my husband. She explained everything to anticipate as I was being prepared for surgery. The camaraderie with the other team members was comforting as I observed everyone treating their colleagues with respect.

Jess is an exceptional nurse. She made it as pleasant as it could be preparing to go into the OR.
