Jessica has cared for my daughter a number of times while in the Emergency Department.

Recently when my daughter arrived in the ED, Jessica immediately realized that she was not in her usual state. She asked for a MD while starting with her care and assessment. Jessica helped prevent my daughter from being intubated with her rapid care and assessment.

On a prior visit to the ED, my daughter was intubated and this was also due to Jessica's rapid response to realizing my daughter's behavior was different. She probably saved her life due to her quickly asking for the MD and explaining to him her usual condition.

I am thankful she has been on duty during my daughter's emergent visits. I greatly appreciate the compassion Jessica shows my daughter and my family. I am thankful for her nursing knowledge and fast actions. Her understanding and kindness makes what is not a happy occasion tolerable and we are thankful for her care.
