My 87-year-old mother was admitted to the trauma unit after a fall, breaking six ribs and fracturing her tailbone. Jill was the nurse who greeted us on that floor and she was absolutely a “GOD-SEND!” She was so kind and compassionate yet so professional and on top of everything! She covered every detail and she truly cared about my mom! She was training a nurse extern and she truly couldn't be a better choice for training others! You could tell that Jill loves what she does! She graciously handled all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with such knowledge and with such patience. I've been around a lot of nurses in the last six months with my elderly parents and Jill is the best! She goes above and beyond, cares about details and she doesn't make you feel like some nurses do that you are a burden to them. I wish she was my mom's nurse for her whole 5-day stay but I guess we had to share her with other patients who needed her. She was seriously a “BLESSING!” We thank God for her.
