Jill is an exceptional Nurse Manager. When we started our new unit, it was a challenge. Jill was awesome. She came in at 5:00am and stayed until 9:00pm for months. She would get patients from the waiting room for us and anything else we needed. She bought us bagels & pizza. She listened to all of our concerns and she listened to doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists. She got us lockers, shoe racks, and mail boxes. She has done so much for our unit. She is always fair. We were uncomfortable with our PYSIX in the med room and she got Pharmacy in to make many changes for our safety and patient's safety. She has different people come to our staff meetings to educate all of us on what we need. She demonstrated professionalism in the work environment. She works well with all of us on our unit as well as doctors and hospital administration. Thank you, Jill, for all that you do.
