Jill took a lot of time with my sister, giving her awesome advice and explaining what was to come, step by step. After my beautiful nephew was born, Jill switched gears and helped my sister nurse her son, giving her great tips, and better than my own lactation specialist was after my daughters were born. Jill was so helpful through my whole labor process. This was my first baby and I was terrified and had no idea what to expect. When all other nurses thought I would have my son C-section, she assured me I wouldn't. She took time, stopped and explained, and walked me through every step of the way.
