Jill was nominated by one of her fellow Emergency Department nurses for the extraordinary, compassionate care she provides. She was recognized for her kindness, caring, and compassion. Her coworker commented that Jill deserved the highest honors for her professionalism and compassion: "Jill is a positive nurse and a great asset to the department. She goes out of her way to help anyone and is conscientious in her nursing care. Jill is very involved with the Magnet journey and Shared Governance. She is an excellent role model for all of our new grads in the department as she was a new grad when she started in ED and has blossomed into a great nurse."
