Jillian always had a genuine smile in her voice when she entered, which immediately put me at ease. Treating me as if I was her only patient of the night as she worked diligently.

She found out that I was going to spend my birthday in the hospital, and she was determined to make it special. Just after midnight, she and other staff came into the room with a card and a balloon arrangement made from gloves!!! I was absolutely without words.

Some individuals work with 100s patients, but she took her personal time and thought about me in such a heartfelt way.

She is a most exceptional nurse, and I had the blessing to be in her care!
