Jill has always gone above and beyond as a Nurse Leader to make sure everyone is set up for success. Jill is always willing to step in to help everyone on the floor, no matter what the task may be. From the simplest of things like a bathroom break, grabbing/stocking supplies when we are unable to leave the room as BHTs, or when we are busy on the floor as a CNA. Jill has no problem stepping in when available to help a friend or interact with them if you need help. You can always count on Jill to advocate for you as an employee and for the patients/families. Her amazing communication skills and appreciation for all members of the team are something that has always stood out and has made working with Jill something I look forward to. Jill's hard work and passion for helping others have been an inspiration to me, as I'm sure it has been to many others as well.
