Jinsty was helpful from the start. It was evident she had read the notes from the night before. She had already assisted my mother with breakfast when I arrived. She was aware of our requests to remove the heart monitor and took care of removing the Foley and heart monitor first thing in the morning. She also found a solution for my mom’s fidgeting and wrapped her IV so that my mother couldn’t remove it. She remained very pleasant throughout. She noticed my return in the evening and updated me on my mother’s progress. She also attempted to help with dinner. These may seem like the usual things, but in my experience, it’s rare to find all of these qualities in a nurse, and it's equally pleasant at the beginning and end of the day. I’m grateful for the excellent care my mother received.
