Jinu took the time to exemplify compassion and concern as a leader to make sure my husband- the patient, and myself- as his support system during the challenging uncertainty with his illness, was relieved. She is a true role model of a healer's touch. Watching her interact with the staff with a calm, peaceful demeanor allowed me to feel all the less stress, believing we were in the right place and that my husband was going to be treated with kindness and respect. Peace of mind is so important when the uncertainty of illness weighs down on you. Being welcomed with a smile or a caring touch is a small gesture that goes a long way. Jinu’s a little guardian angel who touched my life, and I will forever be grateful for that.
