I nominate Joann Jeschke, RN, as a deserving recipient of the DAISY Award. I’ve been a CNA and a medical assistant for over 35 years, so I think I know a good nurse when I see one. I experienced the most wonderful care from Joann with my recent stay. She exceeds above her call of duty. She shows the utmost compassion, which I feel is a major factor in a patient’s healing, both physically and mentally.

All of your nurses were beyond excellent, but Joann’s compassion and care really touched me. She deserves this award-totally! The hand carved healer’s statue would be such an honor for her.
