My husband was admitted to IMCU. Jocelyn was the nurse who greeted me as I came to visit my husband after a long ER stay. She was very welcoming, reassuring, and professional. Jocelyn explained his diagnosis, treatment, and recovery and was very careful to check all the symptoms that he was experiencing. She also went out of her way to have a hospitalist stop by the room to talk with us. Jocelyn made his week-long stay and discharge so much easier. We were both impressed that she went beyond the typical care and support given by nursing staff.
