Joe is a truly dedicated RN. He took care of my husband during our suddenly ended vacation. He was a real professional with explicit attention to detail. His assessment skills were spot on and he took the time to listen to our story. He empathized and he explained all of the procedures well. This may be part of his regular job as a nurse but it was done in such a caring manner. He will be the new standard I will hold all nurses tonow. Thank you!
