My mum was admitted to the Thoracic Ward with terminal cancer. She was very weak and unable to move around much. Joelie Bull saw she was a vulnerable lady and treated mum with kindness and love. She always made sure mum's needs were met and even went out of her way to make mum comfortable.  Joelie always made mum feel valued and treated her like a person, not just a patient. She would always offer a smile and reassure mum when she felt anxious.  Joelie provided not only excellent care but also showed a huge amount of compassion towards mum and her family. She made the hardest days more bearable.  She kept mum's dignity intact and made her last days peaceful and calm. I knew mum was in safe hands with Joelie and could trust her 100%.  We wish Nurse Joelie every success in her future career. She is a fantastic nurse and a credit to her profession.
