You can trust what he says, if he can't answer a question he researches it and then shares what he has learned. He spends time making sure everyone understands. He continually supports the rest of his team, always helping out wherever he can. His compassion shows through every time he walks into the room, he not only asks questions but listens to the answers. He answers every question the patient or family asks. He personifies excellence in his care of patients, always taking his time to do things right and making sure the patient knows what he's talking about without talking down to us.
