The care I received from John was above and beyond any other care I have received. Not only the actual nursing but other issues. Never prying but listening with sincere concern and help. He was always compassionate and very kind and sincere. Always caring and available without being pushy. So trustworthy. He never told me anything that was not true; if I had concerns he relayed it to the doctor. He had to do a nasal procedure and he said it would be very painful so he advised me diligently about it. When the time came, he completed it with NO discomfort or pain. With all the extra things I had, he cared about my life and family without prying.
I will remember him for the rest of my life. He also explained the things that were administered to me; he never was short and he was special to me and always was very upbeat and lifted my spirits.

John is very professional, attentive, compassionate, and mannerable. He takes the time to treat a patient like a human being while explaining the procedures and treatment program that the doctors have in mind. He goes out of his way to assist with patient comfort, both physically and emotionally by explaining how and why the process is taking place.
I have been in hospitals all over the world and although Regional has many very good nurses, I have never found one who can measure up to this young man. I assure you I will be talking about him to friends and family and know that anyone who comes into contact with him will sing his praises as well. In my humble opinion, John exemplifies compassion and excellent care.
