John was able to intuitively and creatively address my concerns while attending to my multiple medical issues. He listened before he took action and made me feel like what I had to say, actually mattered to him. I never felt rushed.
John has a special sensitivity and kindness about him that is comforting to a patient. He displayed excellent nursing skills and abilities that when combined with all of the DAISY attributes made him just about the perfect nurse.

His previous Nurse Manager told me that John would memorialize his name by writing it on patient's care board and drawing flowers behind it.
