JP is a hands-on educator who is willing to help on the floor and partner with staff as they learn new processes or implement new initiatives. JP serves with a kind and compassionate heart, never says no, and is always patient and considerate with the ED staff.

JP is a dedicated nurse who is knowledgeable, Inventive to Infinity, and always on the move. His accomplishments include the development and completion of Triage, Trauma, and Peds training for new staff; the design and implementation of a program to maintain competency and licensure records; the completion of a Needs Assessment for ED nursing and ancillary staff; the creation of quality and performance improvement documents for coaching staff and identifying trends; the establishment of a best practices process for tracking and trending improvement for our sepsis program; and the development of a real-time resource quick-guide for setting up CVP lines.
