Our nurse provided EXCELLENT care to my husband and took time to make sure that all his needs were addressed. He was very patient, kind, understanding, and personable. He took his time to make sure to explain things in a way that my husband and I could understand and even took time out of his busy shift to sit down and have a conversation with my husband about speaker systems. This really helped calm my husband’s nerves after he just moved from critical care to his new room. He made sure that we both had anything that we needed and brought a snack for my husband and a drink for me since it was so late in the evening and I couldn’t access the cafeteria. He is a great example of caring. He will never know how much I appreciated his calmness and care that he provided to us so effortlessly. He is a true blessing and a jewel of healthcare!
