I am an 80-year-old man who can appreciate others who show good character. I am not good with words, but I will do my best. She (Jolynn) impressed me first with her beauty. Very quickly, she impressed me with her concern for my wife and myself. I feel like she went out of her way to help us both. She had the right words to say, so gentle and kind. She gently but frankly told me what was happening and what was probably going to happen regarding R, my dying wife. Honesty has always been important to me, and to see this in another person means a great deal. I would be amiss if I didn’t say I look forward to seeing her on her next shift! She has endeared herself to me and will be in my mind for a long, long time! Through this trying time, she will be the sunlight I need. Thank you, Jolynn.
